From what you stated it sounds like you have the touch panel that has the LCI logo in the middle that is flashing green and the red lights down the left hand side with the "engage park brake" illuminated in red.
Given the information about the fog lights flashing as well and the fact that you have engaged the parking brake but the controller is saying that you have not, it is likely that you have a wiring issue. I spoke to my contact at Lippert and they informed me that you need to check that you are getting 1.5 to 3 amps coming from the control module. If you are, then test the brake by adding power and ground to the brake leads. (polarity doesn’t matter). I’m suspecting that the brake is bad and not releasing or the brake pad is seized to the pressure plate.
